Yes. Your Stuffbak tags will continue working until December 31st, 2019.  See below for how the ReturnMe recovery service works.

I have StuffBak labels that haven't been activated yet, can I still use them?

At the moment, no, you cannot activate your inactive StuffBak tags. Contact our Support team for additional assistance.

Yes, you can activate old StuffBak tags until December 31st, 2017. After this date you can purchase ReturnMe recovery tags from www.returnmetags.com and use voucher code STUFFBAK to save 35% off

 

We had a corporate account with StuffBak, do you guys have something for businesses?

Can I login and update my account information?

Yes, simply login to your account and use your StuffBak email address and password to login. If you did not have a StuffBak email address you will need to use YourStuffBakusername@return.me as your login. In order to login, you will have to reset your password on the login page. Once logged in you will be able to update your contact information and update, edit or delete your current activated labels/tags.

 

I no longer use any StuffBak labels, how do I delete my account entirely?

If you are not interested in purchasing labels from ReturnMe and would like to completely remove your account from ReturnMe, please delete your account. Your account and associated StuffBak labels/tags will be entirely removed and you will no longer be contacted.

 

What are ReturnMe’s hours of service?

The customer support team is available Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST Monday - Friday. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us. ReturnMe recovery agents are available 24/7, 365 days a year.
