Will my current StuffBak ID labels still work?

Yes. Your Stuffbak tags will continue working and you will still be covered until June 30th, 2015.  Thereafter, you will need to renew your service for ONE LAST TIME by purchasing ReturnMe recovery labels. All StuffBak customers receive a discount of 35% on all ReturnMe products by using voucher code STUFFBAK during checkout. You will no longer have to renew every couple years as you used to previously with Stuffbak. You may keep using your StuffBak labels after June 30th, however a $35 recovery fee + shipping & handling fee will apply for each recovery instance.

I have StuffBak labels that haven't been activated yet, can i still use them?

Yes, you can still activate your old StuffBak labels and benefit from ReturnMe's full complete recovery service until June 30th, 2015 at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. Please click here to activate your StuffBak ID codes.

We had a corporate account with StuffBak, do you guys have something for businesses?

Can I login and update my account information?

Yes, simply click on My Account and use your StuffBak email address and password to login. If you did not have a StuffBak email address you will need to use your StuffBakusername@return.me as your login. The password is the same as you had with StuffBak. If you don't remember your password you can request a reset password on the login page. Once logged in, you will be able to update your contact information and update, edit or delete your current activated labels/tags.

Are there any differences in the way recoveries are handled? 

ReturnMe's service is very similar to what you are used to with StuffBak. Once your tag(s) are registered with ReturnMe, if they are ever lost and found by someone they are motivated to contact ReturnMe with a reward message on our tags. A live ReturnMe recovery agent is available 24/7, 365 days a year. We then contact you and confirm your mailing address and arrange to have your item picked up and shipped back to you FREE from anywhere in the world. I no longer use any StuffBak labels, how do I delete my account entirely?

If you are not interested in purchasing labels from ReturnMe and would like to completely remove your account from ReturnMe please email us. Make sure to email us from your StuffBak email account you had on file. Your account and associated StuffBak labels/tags will be entirely removed and you will no longer be contacted.
