Will my current StuffBak ID labels still work?

Yes. Your Stuffbak tags will continue working and you will still be covered with ReturnMe's BASIC service.  See below for how the ReturnMe recovery service works.

How does the ReturnMe recovery service work?

ReturnMe's service is very similar to what you are used to with Stuffbak. If your item is ever lost and found by someone they are motivated to contact ReturnMe with a reward message on our tags. A live ReturnMe recovery agent is available 24/7, 365 days a year. We then contact you to help arrange the return of your item.

ReturnMe has 2 types of service models. 

BASIC service: when your lost item is found and reported to ReturnMe, you will be emailed the information of the finder and can arrange to pick up your item from the finder. If you need ReturnMe to pickup and return your item $35 recovery fee + shipping & handling fee will apply for each recovery instance.

VIP service: when your lost item is found and reported to ReturnMe, a dedicated ReturnMe recovery agent will work around the clock to ensure your item is returned back to you as quickly as possible using UPS next day express at NO charge to you from anywhere in the world. You don’t need to meet the finder or offer any reward offering a complete secure and confidential solution. VIP Service costs just $5 per year and can be managed from your my account page. Your VIP tags will also be guaranteed for any damage, crack or fading with a free replacement and you will also receive the latest special offers as a VIP member. I have StuffBak labels that haven't been activated yet, can I still use them?

Yes, you can still activate your old StuffBak labels and benefit from ReturnMe's ReturnMe's Basic service. Please click here to activate your StuffBak ID codes.

 

We had a corporate account with StuffBak, do you guys have something for businesses?

Can I login and update my account information?

Yes, simply click on My Account and use your StuffBak email address and password to login. If you did not have a StuffBak email address you will need to use your StuffBakusername@return.me as your login. The password is the same as you had with StuffBak. If you don't remember your password you can request a reset password on the login page. Once logged in, you will be able to update your contact information and update, edit or delete your current activated labels/tags.

 

I no longer use any StuffBak labels, how do I delete my account entirely?

If you are not interested in purchasing labels from ReturnMe and would like to completely remove your account from ReturnMe please login to your account and click on delete account or email us. Make sure to email us from your StuffBak email account you had on file. Your account and associated StuffBak labels/tags will be entirely removed and you will no longer be contacted.
