Will my current ImHONEST ID labels still work?

Yes. Your ImHONEST labels will continue working and you will still be covered with ReturnMe's Bronze service.  See below for how the ReturnMe recovery service works.

 How does the ReturnMe recovery service work?

ReturnMe's service is very similar to what you are used to with ImHONEST. If your item is ever lost and found by someone they are motivated to contact ReturnMe with a reward message on our tags. For more information on ReturnMe membership models, please visit the Membership page.

I have ImHONEST labels that haven't been activated yet, can I still use them?

At the moment, no, you cannot activate your inactive ImHONEST tags. Contact our Support team for additional assistance.

We had a corporate account with ImHONEST, do you guys have something for businesses?

Absolutely, in fact some of the world's largest companies are clients of ReturnMe. Click here to learn more.

Can I login and update my account information?

Yes, simply login using your ImHONEST email address and password to login. If you did not have a ImHONEST email address you will need to use the same email address you had with ImHONEST.com as your login. For your password, you will need to Reset your password. Make sure to check your spam or junk folders if you don't see the password email in your inbox. Once logged in, you will be able to update your contact information and update, edit or delete your current activated labels/tags.

I no longer use any ImHONEST labels, how do I delete my account entirely?

If you are not interested in purchasing labels from ReturnMe and would like to completely remove your account from ReturnMe please login to your account delete your account. Your account and associated ImHONEST labels/tags will be entirely removed and you will no longer be contacted.

What are ReturnMe’s hours of service?
